Don't let your limitations be your conclusion. I have built out a progressive program with access to limited equipment. Being unable to make it to the gym can not only change you physically but mentally as well. The body is built to move so lets get moving! 

Mindfulness and intention is what will help get us through this tough time. Staying consistent with your nutrition and exercise is the key! It doesn't take much, just 45 mins a day. Program Requirements:

  • Resistance bands

  • Kettlebells (KB) and/or Dumbbells (DB)

  • Bench/Box. 

  • Thera band.
