“Build your foundation Brick by Brick”

Our Brick Wall core program is something we take a lot of pride in, as it is the foundation of all our movements and backbone to our programs. 

Without a strong foundational core, your movement can suffer and lead to a multitude of imbalances and injuries. 

This program is not only built to make you more durable, but to carry over to your daily living and fitness.

 Brick Wall core is not a stand alone program,it

is designed to supplement your current strength programming.

         Plan on 3 days a week of core finishers to add to your strength training with one day of rest between each workout.

​

Equipment needed:

General gym/Crossfit gym.

Resistance bands/Medicine ball/Kettlebells/TRX or Rings/Pull up bar.
